• Will my Aadhaar card details be shared with any third party?

  This is confidential information that should be shared only with Suryoday Small Finance Bank. According to banking regulations, NuCash does not even save your Aadhaar information.

• Will my PAN card details be shared with any third party?

  Never means never! Further, our privacy policy specifies that we will never disclose such sensitive data to anybody other than Suryoday Small Finance Bank, our trustworthy banking partner. 

• I have a photo of my Aadhaar card in my gallery, will that work?

  We are pro paperless banking, so no worries, all you need is an Aadhaar number or a stored image. If the image is clear, the Nucash app will detect the number for you.

• I have a Suryoday bank account; can I still open an account?

  Yes, as long as it isn't a zero-balance account. Suryoday Small Finance Bank does not allow you to have two accounts with a zero balance.

• My Aadhaar number is not linked to my current number? What now?

  To get the OTP, your Aadhaar must be connected to a phone number. It does not have to be the same number you used to create your NuCash account; as long as you can obtain OTP for your Aadhaar, you should be OK.
