My statement didn't get generated. What do I do?
Please reach out to customer service – NuCash if this is happening for some time or else you can always download it from documents under the main menu.

How do I generate a statement?
You may generate your statement by following the steps below: Open the main menu from the top right icon “Your Image” Click on “documents” and select the period from the list and the statement can be downloaded or shared in PDF format.
Where can I get information about my NuCash account?
You can check your saving account details from “basic account details” under main menu from the top right corner or just click on the “Account Info” from the dashboard.
