• If my Aadhaar address is different to my current address, do I need to give it?

  If your Aadhaar address is different from your current home address, we suggest that you change your current address for any important communication. For all communications, you can use your Aadhaar address.

• What information do you get from my Aadhaar?

  Your Aadhaar card has the following information: your full name, gender, date of birth, address, and a photo. We do not save or disclose any personal information from other parties. 

• Can I change my communication address afterwards or sometime later?

  Yes, you may change your address from your account settings from the NuCash App at any time.

• What do I do if I haven't received my OTP?

  Don't worry, if your mobile number is linked to your Aadhaar, you'll get an OTP within 30 seconds. If you still haven't received the OTP, click the resend OTP button. If the OTP problems continue, please contact our customer service.

• My Aadhaar number is not linked to my current number? What now?

  To get the OTP, your Aadhaar must be connected to a phone number. It does not have to be the same number you used to create your NuCash account; as long as you can obtain OTP for your Aadhaar, you should be OK.
