How can I change my mobile number?
Please follow the below steps to change your registered number:
- Sign in to NuCash App
- Open settings from the top right corner
- Click on "Personal Details" and click on the edit option in front of the number.
- Authenticate by entering "NuPIN" and update the new number.
- At last, you will receive an OTP on your updated number.
The registered number can also be changed from the login screen by clicking update in case the device is lost.
What happens if I want to change my mobile number?
On the mobile number screen, just click the Lost access to your phone button. Press Update, enter your new phone number, then confirm using NuPin and Face ID (if enabled previously). If NuPin and Face ID are not enabled, restart the process.
